By accessing or using OpenSims services, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement • You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws • You understand that eSIM products are digital goods delivered electronically If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

OpenSims provides the following services: • AI-powered eSIM package recommendations based on your travel needs • Purchase and instant digital delivery of travel eSIM packages • Coverage in 43 countries across Asia, Europe, Americas, and Middle East • Package durations of 7, 15, and 30 days with data from 1GB to 50GB • 5G connectivity where available with hotspot sharing enabled • Customer support via Telegram for activation assistance Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms: • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) • Payment is processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit cards accepted) • Prices include applicable taxes where required • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information Refund Policy: • All sales are final — eSIM packages are non-refundable once purchased • As digital products, eSIMs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned • Please verify your destination country and package details before purchasing • Contact us on Telegram @opensims_support before purchase if you have any questions

You agree NOT to: • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Share, resell, or distribute eSIM activation codes without authorization • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security features • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our platform • Submit false or misleading information during purchase • Engage in any activity that disrupts or burdens our infrastructure • Use eSIMs for commercial bulk messaging or spam activities Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

OpenSims shall not be liable for: • Network coverage, speed, or quality issues controlled by local carriers • Device compatibility issues (verify your device supports eSIM before purchase) • Service interruptions due to carrier maintenance or force majeure events • Data loss, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages • Issues arising from incorrect installation or configuration by the user • Roaming charges incurred on your primary SIM card Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected eSIM package. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for critical connectivity needs.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved as follows: • First, contact us on Telegram @opensims_support to attempt informal resolution • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to mediation • Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be brought in the courts of Malaysia • You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against OpenSims The English version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any translation discrepancies.
